This policy explains what personal data ADP Group Ltd collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have.

What information we collect
This site is a simple front door to our two businesses and has no enquiry form. We only hold personal data if:
- you contact us directly by phone or email - in which case we use your details only to respond; and
- through the standard technical information your browser sends when visiting any website (such as your IP address and the pages you view), which our hosting provider records in routine server logs to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use any details you send solely to respond to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in dealing with people who contact us. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Our website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), which processes routine technical logs on our behalf. Such providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep any correspondence only for as long as we need it and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, after which it is deleted.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand how our website is used. It measures this in aggregate only: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. The data is processed within the EU.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies at all - no tracking, no advertising, and our analytics is cookieless.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
